the beautiful room was spacious and well kept. i appreciated the comfortable king-size bed. there was a balcony with a nice view. the hotel has several small private beach areas, a definite plus.
i encountered a recurring issue with the coffee machine at breakfast. it often needed maintenance, delaying my morning coffee.

The staff was very helpful. mr el hadady was VERY cute. the service boys were all great. I thank them for making our stay lovely.
the vegetables and fruits were not eatable. they were expired. the hotel needs to improve food storage. the lemon juice tasted sour and like toxic waste, and the orange juice tasted like water. THE cafe machine had problems.

i really loved the big rooms, many offering a beautiful sea view. i found lots of closets, a real plus for longer stays. the cleanliness was great, and i felt very comfortable (it was indeed a great experience!). i must especially thank amr el_sayed, the housekeeper, who kept our room super clean and even added some lovely decorations. the check-in was smooth, and they kindly gave us an upgrade to a room with an amazing view.
the pool really needs better cleaning. i noticed a scum line (it was quite thick!), and the water didn't always seem fresh.

the food was tasty and varied, and the bakery stood out. i especially appreciated the clean food and the excellent variety, making every meal a treat. chef ahmed fathy and ibrahim naem provided nice service at the main restaurant.

the hotel is right on the beach, with a beautiful reef close by. the pools are amazing. i found it convenient to access the water for snorkeling right from the hotel premises (no need for extra travel!).
